I found this fabulous dresser at the thrifts this week. I thought it was kind of a drab shade of brown so I planned to pant it. But upon closer scrutiny I noticed the piece had several layers of interesting paint so I decided to do a little judicious sanding to see what was under the brown.
Check out the greens and red under the ugly brown. After sanding here and there, I finnished it off with a coat of polyurethane to seal it.
The once drab dresser is now for sale in our shop and priced at $199.Love, Kelly
Don't you just love peeling away all the paint layers and exposing a bit of each colour...lovely piece.
