In all my years of refurbishing second hand furniture I have never witnessed the proper use of the crackle medium. It seems people just grab a bottle of the stuff, smear it over the surface of a piece willy nilly and call it a day. You can witness the tragic results here. Sigh.I found this sad dresser at the thrifts and it was crying out for me to rescue it. Stay tuned for the "after" pictures.
