Chicken Coop Progress Report

As you can see, the chicken coop is coming along nicely, thanks to our wonderful neighbor Bennie.
He has been using mostly recycled materials like these windows and the corrugated metal sheeting.
Soon the coop will be ready for the "ladies" to move in. We will keep you posted.
I think you'll's going to be the fanciest coop in town!

Love, Kelly

  1. Kelly:
Your coop is a real cutie! I'm sure your hens will agree. ;o)

  2. Awesome looking coop. What a great friend to build it. I'm sure he will be repaid in lots of beakfast eggs! Enjoy all the fun that goes with it!

  3. I need a place to live, maybe Ill move in with the chickens...Annie in brigham

  4. 'Tis a fancy coop, indeed. And what a coup to have your man agree to getting it. My Life Coach only allowed us an over-priced and under-used playhouse.

  5. LOL Kelly....I'm with Annie....If I come for a visit can I stay in the coop....It looks like it's gonna be a BEAUTY....LUCKY chooks....!!

Hope you & Poopsie have had a LOVELY holiday weekend....!

    Tamarah :o)

  6. That is one of the cutest chicken coops of all times! Have you heard of the Parade of Coops? Our neighbor here in Sandy has participated in the past - what fun! The public needs to see yours!

  7. My sons would have had a ball junking with you! and i love the chicken coop and all the chicken collection in the shop!
