Silver Sunday

From now until February 7th the Second Hand Chicks will be participating in the Silver Sunday Blog Party hosted by Gypsy Fish Journal. Click on this link if you'd like to particpate or if you just want to check out all the silvery posts by your fellow bloggers.

Pretty little silver pinecones, glistening in the freshly fallen snow. Nothing captures the still beauty of winter quite like these small shiny gems.

Despite the fact that I don't care for the long and cold winters here in Utah, I have to remind myself to embrace the simple beauty that the season brings.
Thanks, Beth for hosting Silver Sunday!
Love, Kelly

  10. I love your silver pinecones. I'm off to find silver acorns now. Or perhaps silver seashells. That would be lovely. Thanks for the inspiration.
